At Top Gun Pro Shop, we’re committed to providing quality products and excellent customer service. Because many of our items are made to order, we do not accept returns or offer exchanges due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or accidental orders.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or otherwise defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include:

A clear photo of the item(s) and the issue

Your order number

A brief description of the problem
Once we receive this information, we will gladly offer a replacement at no additional cost, or provide a refund, depending on the situation.
Note: In some cases, we may request that the item be returned or disposed of before processing the replacement or refund.
In-Stock Exchanges
While most of our products are custom and not stocked in bulk, if we happen to have your requested item in stock, we’d be happy to offer an exchange.
Please note:

Customers are responsible for all return and reshipment shipping fees
Lost Packages
If your order seems to be lost in transit, please reach out within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll work with the shipping carrier to investigate and, if needed, send a replacement.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for undelivered orders due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.
Cancellations
Because each item is custom-made upon order, we are unable to accept cancellations once an order has been submitted and confirmed.
