Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Top Gun Pro Shop for your purchase. We want to make sure that your order arrives safely and in a timely manner. To provide the best possible service, we offer several shipping options for you to choose from.


Processing & Shipping Times

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 4–5 business days of purchase unless otherwise stated.

Pre-order items will have separate processing times, which will be clearly noted in the product title or description.

Please note that processing time and shipping time are separate. Shipping time begins once your order has been fulfilled and handed off to the selected carrier.


Shipping Responsibility

Once your order has been shipped, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier selected at checkout.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you are choosing the carrier and service level that best fits your needs. We are not responsible for delays, delivery issues, or service disruptions caused by the carrier.

Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update, and statuses such as “waiting for information” are normal during this time.


Delivered Packages

If a package is marked as delivered, it is considered fulfilled on our end.

If you are unable to locate your package, we recommend:

  • Checking your mailbox and surrounding areas
  • Checking with neighbors or household members
  • Contacting your local carrier directly

Top Gun Pro Shop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.


Lost or Missing Packages

If you believe your package is lost in transit (not marked delivered), you must first contact the shipping carrier directly.

If the carrier confirms the package may be lost, please contact us and we will assist with filing a claim. Once the claim is approved, we will proceed with a resolution.


Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  • We are not responsible for lost shipments
  • Any reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to receive the package, reshipping fees will apply.


Shipping Delays & Refunds

We do not issue refunds for:

  • Shipping delays
  • Carrier-related issues
  • Delivery timing once the package has been shipped
